Barcaldine Castle stands on the shores of Loch Creran as one of the few ancient castles on the Scottish mainland available for bed and breakfast stays. The property includes the wood-panelled Great Hall, the Laird's Parlour, a bottle dungeon in the basement, and hidden stairwells behind wall panels.
